Discover My Journey in Craniosacral Therapy

Hi, my name is Julia (Jules) I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist based in London Bridge. I trained at The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in Primrose Hill London, where I completed a Full Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy.

My path has also led me to train in Advanced Vocal Massage Techniques (The Voc Doc) and to study the Mindfulness to Heartfulness course with the Centre for Therapy & Personal Development in Glasgow.  These teachings continue to deepen my ability to meet clients with presense, compassion, and gentle awareness - especially those experiencing stress, anxiety or emotional overwhelm.

Alongside my theraputic work, I also work as a Stage Manager in Theatre, a role rooted in listening, attunement, and holding space within complex, high- energy environments.

A Personal Path to Healing

Presence, Inclusivity & Community

Presence, Inclusivity & Community

My journey into Craniosacral Therapy began at a time when I was living at a relentless pace - working long hours, feeling depleted, and disconnected from my own inner rhythms.  It was during this period that I was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy by a Theatre Director.

Through recieving regular treatments, something quite profound began to happen.  My nervous system softened, my sense of balance returned, and I felt more connected - to my body, my breath, and my emotional landscape.  I was deeply moved by how such a gentle, respectful touch could invite the body into its own healing intelligence.

Craniosacral Therapy supported me in ways I hadn't known were possible.  It helped me to recover and remember my true self.  This experience became a catalyst for my own training and continues to guide my work today.  Craniosacral Therapy quite simply changed my life.

My background in Theatre Stage Management and Television Production has shaped my capacity to remain grounded, adaptable, and responsive.  Working within fast-paced environments taught me the importance of calm presence, clear intention, and deep listening - all of which I bring into the therapy room.

I am open-hearted, inclusive, and passionate about Craniosacral Therapy being accessible to all communities.        I believe healing work flourishes when people feel seen, welcomed, and safe.

I regularly volunteer with Kids On The Green a Grenfell charity offering creative arts and holistic therapies to the local community.  This work is close to my heart and reflects my commitment to service, connection and collective wellbeing.
