Discover My Journey in Craniosacral Therapy

Hi, my name is Julia (Jules) I am a Registered Craniosacral Therapist based in London Bridge. I graduated from The College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in Primrose Hill with a Full Diploma in this transformative therapy.

I am also trained in Advanced Vocal Massage Techniques (The Voc Doc) and am a student of the Mindfulness to Heartfulness Course (Centre for Therapy & Personal Development, Glasgow) which has introduced me to practical and strategic ways to work with clients that are stressed, conflicted or anxious.

I also work as a Stage Manager in Theatre.

A few years ago I was stressed working insane hours and constantly feeling tired and under resourced. A Theatre Director introduced me to the world of Craniosacral Therapy and I was so moved by the treatments and the positive effect they had on my stress levels, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing that I decided to train in Craniosacral Therapy.

I was fascinated by Craniosacral Therapy and how a gentle touch continued to help and heal me on many levels and I wanted to be able to share this transformative therapy with others. CST literally changed my life.

My background is working in Theatre Stage Management and Television Production.

These environments are fast-paced and have made me adaptable and inclusive. I love meeting people and am open minded in my approach to life and work I bring this adaptability to my Craniosacral Therapy.

I am passionate about Craniosacral Therapy being available to all communities. I volunteer regularly for Kids On The Green a Grenfell charity which provides Creative Arts and Holistic Therapies to the local community.
